Documentation Overview
Welcome to Easy Chat. This guide covers everything from registration to a fully working AI chat widget on your website.
How the platform is structured
Easy Chat has three layers that work together:
- Knowledge Base — documents organized into categories. This is the raw material your agents search through.
- Agents — specialized bots, each scoped to specific document categories, with its own description, routing examples, and data extraction rules.
- Orchestrator — the routing layer that reads visitor intent and decides which agent handles each question.
The widget on your website connects to the orchestrator. Visitors never need to choose a bot — routing happens automatically.
